Front Marker Light Replacement

I'm new to this board and a proud owner of a 95 JGC. I noticed that both front marker lights are burned out and when i went to replace them i cannot figure out how to access the bulbs. Is there some sort of clip or whatnot holding those markers in place?

I did serach but for such a simple thing there were no results!

JGC = Jeep Grand Cherokee? That's actually a ZJ and great tech info on those is available at www.nagca.com
Are there not screws hiding under the edges of the markers? That's where they hide in the XJ at least. I doubt they would be accessible from under the hood, but I was proven wrong before. Once.
