Fort Stewart, GA Area

Is there anyone around the Ft. Stewart area? What can you guys tell me about the area? I will be coming there in Jan, and just wanted to see what was around. I'm coming from WA, so there are a ton of trails and things to do here so just wanting to see what the GA area has going on . Thanks!

I regret to inform you that you are about as far from any fun trails as possible. There's a few spots in North GA but basically nothing down south.

Damn, was not looking to hear that hahaha. Coming from the PNW where there are a bunch of places all within an hour or so, that kinda sucks.
