Normally I would agree with you. I hate fords as much as it's possible to hate any brand BUT...I never ever give any value to a tech who works for a specific brand. Toyota techs hate toyotas. Jeep techs hate Jeeps, ford techs hate Fords. When you work on them all day you become biased.
