Hey guys title basically says it all, I bought this a couple years ago from Tone. It has served its purpose but now I'm going a different direction with my rack needs.

Its a well built rack and basket, the mounts need to be redone and I just never got around to it.

$150 obo.

I will double check the tubing size when I go out a lil later, I think its 1.25 or 1.5 tubing. I will also take a better pic of the mounts. They are just welded to the side of the tubing and its not a solid way of mounting or supporting the load. They need to either be gusseted or cut off and make or buy and weld on new ones. It will be easier to understand once you see a pic of them.

I will get a pic and tubing size in about an hour.

Time to get some rear leaf springs :yelclap:

Lol, I wish the money from the rack sale is already tagged for another member who's rack I'm buying from him...

However I am selling a bunch of paintball gear and two guns, got a guy who says he is interested, if he buys them that money is going to your leafs!

I'm crossing my eyes hoping it goes thru, I really need some good leafs. I'm tired of the rough stiff rides of my bastard packs.

Better bastard pack? Ha. I feel ya tho. When mines loaded down ride is pretty good, empty is almost like a dumptruck. When I raised my shock mounts, had to get stock-ish length shocks and found some sensatrac's for cheap. Helped a bit. But still. GLWS

I have good shocks in there, just swapped in a set of skyjackers that are the proper length for ride height. Its better but still dump truckish! Lol, I just need a proper set of leafs.

I had a ford 347 engine in the back a couple weeks ago took it up to a buddy in lancaster. With the extra 600~ pounds the ride was great, then it went back to shitty after I dropped the engine off.

I didn't know you would have wanted it back. It is a good rack, served me well, but my needs are different and I don't use the light bar, I never even mounted or hooked up the light I got from you.

I found another rack that's a little smaller and more suited to what I need so I'm passing it on for someone who can use it more for how its built.

Hey guys, I was wondering where this rack came from, I really like it and would love to find one for my xj.

Thanks
