Floor pan welding help in Boston?

Is there anyone in the Boston area that would be able to help me weld a patch panel in my floor? I will be cutting out the rusty area (6"x6"), prepping the surrounding sheet metal, and making the patch panel. But I do not know how to weld or have access to a welder. I know there are other ways to do this (i.e. using sheet metal screws or rivets, or POR-15 and fiberglass) But I would rather do it right the first time and not worry about it again. I'm new to the area and don't know of a reputable shop to take it to either. Any advice or help appreciated. Thanks.

You should be able to rivit, screw, adhesive etc... I would try to give you a hand but I want have a free weekend until after xmas (if that soon)
