currently working on the next stage.

its a nates4x4...its ok...ive had to shorten the ends on the sides because my tires hit them, and it sticks out too far so my approach angle sucks (cutting it down soon). be careful if you buy from him, some people have had trouble with him.

Maybe a dumb question, how does the tracked beast turn as you cannot operate the tracks independantly side to side

the tank tracks were a one day thing. they weren't mine:D i traded this jeep for the grand wagoneer. i have a bunch of pics of it on my wife's mac, but this is the only surviving tank track picture from the old laptop. you can google it, though, and there are some more pics somwhere, i'm sure.... they steered with the steering wheel, but the turning radius sucked. they were designed to work more off of tension for the steering, to where when you turned the wheel, it would slow that side. it took a whole field to turn around, and tore up the ground worse than boggers doin donuts.

all you'd need is a 3 way valve plumbed into your brake lines. turn it one way step on the brake and gas and one side would go and the other side would stay locked.

i was going to do that with me jeep a while back.

Here are a few of my Willys; this was one trip where I borrowed Dan's 37's to try them out. It was also before the beadlocks, OD Green Paint, and the 38's... it looks a lot different now lol.
