wow holy $hit.

when did you notice you bent it? was it from hard wheeling? or just daily driving?
Define "hard".
Don't do daily driving.

ya i guess saying "hard" wheeling is rather subjective. :D

well i'll give this thing a try. if it bends. then i'll be looking into your idea with the solid stock.

Do you have any pictures of your trackbar? I need to build one, all I have is .250 1.5" Dom though.

It looks just like your tube.
With rod ends.
And a bend.
:D

I would seriously rethink the "tube" you used.
"1"OD .125 wall cold rolled round tube 11,319 lbs capacity (mild steel @ 33,000 psi)"

ASTM Grade A-53 pipe 30, 000 <<<<<
1020 ERW tube 40, 000
1020 DOM 70, 000 <<<<<<
4130 Cr-Mo 90,000
4340 Cr-Mo 120,000
What you have used is not much better than waterpipe, you should use atleast the 1020 DOM.
