should this be strong enuff?

1"OD .125 wall cold rolled round tube 11,319 lbs capacity (mild steel @ 33,000 psi)

3/4 bore rod end 28,081 lbs capacity (chromoly)

used energy suspension bushing on axle end.

I bent my 1.5"x.250 wall TB.
I haven't bent the 1.25" solid TB.

well i'll give this thing a try. if it bends. then i'll be looking into your idea with the solid stock.

It looks just like your tube.
With rod ends.
And a bend.

If your panhard is straight, you'll be fine. If you bent it to clear something, I wouldn't expect it to last very long.

ASTM Grade A-53 pipe 30, 000 <<<<<
1020 ERW tube 40, 000
1020 DOM 70, 000 <<<<<<
4130 Cr-Mo 90,000
4340 Cr-Mo 120,000
What you have used is not much better than waterpipe,you should use atleast the 1020 DOM.

Im not sure on the wall thickness(thought I read .180 somewhere) but I know they use cromo tube.
