FEDERAL EMISSIONS WARRANTY

I am trying to figure out what actually is covered under this warranty. My wife has an 05 Dakota, it keeps throwing the code p0406 " EGR flow sensor A high input" . Does the warranty cover a new EGR on this vehicle with 47122 miles? Has anyone ever dealt with this warranty?

Your egr valve will not be covered the federal emission. 8 years or 80,000 miles warranty covers, engine control module, three way catalytic coverter, the MIL light and obd2 connector.
