I have yet to make it to an event so this would be a great start for me. You are less than three hours from me and since it sounds like it will be a less extreme event than some would you mind a noob tagging along? Might be a good time to learn the ropes. In other words if you don't mind babysitting a complete stranger hell I'm game!

9 hours 18 minutes...558 miles....at 3.50 gallon for diesel it would cost me $558 dollars in fuel...unless i can find someone to split the two place...

I hate to push it later then the last week of July due to the chances of the extreme heat. Since about 5% of the MWC membership attends the Crawl it may not be worth moving it back much further. We will play it by ear until closer to spring to see how things come together with planting season etc.

If Jennie and I attend it will be sans Jeep, so we'll find a ride or drive a car. Simply can't afford to tow my junk that far twice in one month and I'm already committed to the crawl.
