fabricating control arm perches

Does anyone have the dimensions/angles to fab up a set of control arm
perches ? I went wheelin this weekend and bent the right lca perch, and
frame mount perch ripped off...... Need to strengthen these weak links...

I have these, they're beefy, and work very well
