Extending Fuel Capacity

So, what are the options for extending the fuel capacity of the XJ. I know in the old ones like my 88, we can extend the fuel tube and have 20gal in the tank, sometimes I can squeeze that in now but I have to work at it. There's always the old jerry can solution. Anyone ever done anything else? How about dual tanks?

There are some U.S. aftermarket tanks, seems to me they ran $500+ but I'm not sure.

That's the one that I meant when I mentioned extending the tube.

Oh, found one by NorthWest products that's 32gal....$580!

I have looked I wish there was a place you could find dimensions of gas tanks, you might be able to make one work from another application
