Anybody interested in a snow run toward the end of January? Either the weekend of the 24th or the 31st? My junk isn't going to be ready before MLK day

I've got one midterm on the 28th and another on the 30th - both are math classes.JeepFreak21 said:Anybody interested in a snow run toward the end of January? Either the weekend of the 24th or the 31st? My junk isn't going to be ready before MLK day![]()

steinjeep said:I could do the 31st. I cannot make the WFF this weekend and need to get some wheeling in this month to test out my new rig. Where were you thinking? I have a winch and have spare axles shafts etc. I have a book of 250 or so norcal trails, but many of them are for warmer weather. We also live close and could meet up in Citrus Heights.
Where are those trails? I heard of Morman Immigrant. I'm game. Are they high in elevation?JeepFreak21 said:How about Mormon Immigrant or Sly Park?

I don't think I'll be geared yet, unless I get fast shipping on axle guts, but I think it'll be ok.

Oh yeah, 4.88s, open/spool.

Check out the planning thread for 2004. We haven't decided yet, but we are working on it.steinjeep said:The 7th is good. Heah, how often does the Sierra chapter normally have runs? I know the big event is the WFF, but for there should be other less structured events that people in the group throw out there. I would like to wheel a least every 6 weeks or so.
