To Whom It May Concern:

I understand there have been some failures with this website in the past year or so, that have dumped information and erased forum and user information.

I personally am a dues paying member of the IC Chapter, and have been for the last three years and I am paid through next year, and I am getting frusterated by the fact that this site has not recognized me for nearly one year now.

I was originally registered as deweyxj, which is the name I used for more than two years when I first joined. About one year ago my information was apparently lost, but I could not reregister under the same identity. I subsequently registered as DS-Dewey and was allowed back on the site as a non member. After using that identity for a few months I found myself locked out again. I have tried to use the site provided page to reissue my password, and was given a new password under DS-Dewey. When I tried to log on using the new password I received a message that my request was more than 24 hours old (I did it within 10 minutes) and it returned me to the same page to request a new password again.

i don't see him on the current roster....any insight you might be able to provide?

I found him on a roster dated 12-31-06:

#717 Duane Smith, joined 11-8-03 and shows as expiring 3-31-07

Username deweyxj
Joined forum 10-18-03, last post 3-30-06, last activity 9-9-06. This username had a subscription created on 8-4-06 that ran through 4-30-07.

Username DS-Dewey
Joined forum 2-6-07, last post 12-7-07, last activity 12-7-07

I looked through PayPal records for payments back through 11-2003 under his email, and last name... no matches.

If you like, I'll follow this up with him directly.

i sent him an password reminder for his deweyxj account. haven't heard back since then.
