I would add them on the 1st, when you remove the old ones. Good question!

This thread should be kept around for post-BoD-change activity. The email list has been out of date for more time that I care to admit or even think about.

Added the five newly-elected BODs (Recorder RedHeep, and the four directors - Kejtar, XJumpmaster, XJ_Ranger, and Fergie) to the BOD Usergroup, also added Fergie to the Sponsorship sub-forums. I sent them a warning via group-PM

As for the Chapter reps to the BOD forum, let's do these chapter by chapter, some of the current reps may be wanting out asap, others may want to stick around till 12-31. IMHO swap these as a 1-in, 1-out deal, no need to have a huge crowd at the party.

Added to the BOD Guest & Moderator usergroups: jrsxj98 as Colorado Pres, blkxjkrawler as NorthWest Pres,and rpraterxj as SoCal Pres. (also removed Yellaheep, ECKSJAY, & Dan Turner from BOD Guest & Moderator usergroups)

I guess Intermountain is all set (Ryan culled his own access when he re-upped yesterday and Israel is on there already)... Sierra Chapter is all set from a week or two ago.
