I stumbled on to that auction also. It seems to have a solid list of parts, but then again you don't know who put the thing together! The price is also a lil steep for a stroker with 258 crank and rods. If you did it yourself, you could throw together a solid budget stroker for around 1200.00 or so and save quite a bit of cash.

This engine looks like it's built to an almost identical spec as Golen's 4.6 stroker but for $950 less. There seems to be a lot of good stuff in there and it's backed up by a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. Sounds tempting if you don't have the ability to build your own engine.
