Drop pitman for RE 4.5" lift?

As a final postto this thread regarding my need for the extra drop...

I did actually need one, there was no way the steering geometry would be correct without one.

I find that hard to beleive, post some pics!

I can get some pics later on, at work right now. :)

I will say that the steering was pretty scary prior to making these changes, and the trac bar hasn't been touched since it was installed on the D.P.A. and it's riding pretty good right now.
I drove it in to work this morning and it felt pretty good, almost as good as my stock Durango rides, so I'm pretty happy now. :)

I'm going to daily drive it for a couple weeks and if it stays reliable/comfortable I'm going to sell the Durango and bank that money.
But, I'm going to have to regear, because the lack of fuel economy is going to drain my bank account. lol

I still have to fix that hole in the floor where I cut access to get at the eye bolt for the rear springs... That should be interesting!

I agree PLENTY of people install the 4.5" kit do it without the DPA. Something is not right. I also agree with the person whom said upgrade steering instead of adding the DPA, money would be much better spent that way.
