I know, I tried it with Goo Gone before I started this thread - I'm pretty sure that's not what it was designed for...

For the grille pieces I used a rattle can paint for plastics. I sanded a little, and it looks great. I just hope it doesn't flake.

its coming alot quite nicely. it gave me a little motivation to remove that crappy maaco job and roll on some flatblack
