The kids could have used a good yelling at, but throwing lead their way seems a little over the top. I mean, it sucks getting egg off a car, but a sane person would rather wash his jeep than kill a kid!! Crazy people out there.

if i read that right that means one of the kids throwing eggs, fired at the dude when he chased them down and one of them got hit in the process... NOT the vehicle getting hit shooting at the kids... and NOT hitting a kid THEN they fired upon the driver...

so a couple kids buy some eggs and take their gun with them JIC and throw eggs at cars. when one of the cars (a jeep) stops and chases them down (because he car got egged) one of the kids opens fire on the jeep and in the process the jeep hits and kills one of the kids... that sound right??

Isn't it bizarro how you'll be charged with extra crimes (tampering with evidence) if you destroy the gun used in the comission of your crime. Yet one of your rights in court is the right to refuse to answer a question because the honest answer would incriminate yourself (pleading the fifth).

I'm not gonna tell anyone what they should think, but if getting into mischief like that while growin up deserves getting shot, I think the majority of us would have been killed long ago. I know I've done much more reckless things than egg a friggin car in my youth. Come on really? Shoot someone (a 14 year old especially) over throwing egg on your jeep. If you wanna act hard go kick his ass (a 14 year old mind you) but thats gotta be a damn nice cherokee to end someones life over getting egg on it. LOL :doh:
