Does this sound like a fair price?

Just got a quote from my guy at the local off road shop. Here is what i got a quote for, 6.5" Rock Krawler long arm kit, sye and cv driveshaft and new HD lca mounts. Installed with a lifetime warranty on labor out the door for $2750. Sounds good to me but just wanted to see what you guys think. I would install it myself but hes giving me a good deal on the parts and I like so support small business. Plus the labor warranty sounds good especially since there is welding involved. Thanks
