Does anybody do tunes on a 99 xj

Hey guys I'm kinda newer to jeeps I built a 94 stroker engine and converted to obd2 has a mild cam with the 4.2L crank other then that all internals are stock.
Anyways my question is are you able to flash/chip the CPU to minipulate the stock CPU settings? Or is there a piggyback that is actually worth the money? Thanks

Did you upgrade your injectors with the stroker?
