Do you know this jeep?

You apparently missed the "works well" part. It's been trouble free on the trail - mostly up at TSF. Nothing loosened, nothing broken, nothing "out of whack". Works as advertised. Excellent ride on the street, as well - no nasty habits. Of course, the rig is daily driven so it's not seeing Little Rubicon, Waterfall, 7-Up or any of the other crazier trails. I have little doubt it'll hold up and perform as well as the other off-the-shelf kits out there in those situations, though.
I hadn't heard about the Iron Rock setup prior to my buddy finding out about it from some positive reviews on this site and a few others. I was skeptical at first, but they've got a good thing going that'll likely suit all but the crazier builds. I wouldn't run it under a rig with 60's and dual tc's on 39's, but I don't think that's an application Iron Rock had in mind.

Your description makes it sound like a complete waste of a couple grand.

I lol'd at the highlighted part. :)

What's your beef, big guy? Seriously? The owner of the Jeep drives his rig to work. We both drive to the trail, wheel, and drive home. We don't play on the rock gardens - Neither do 90% of the guys I've gone on club runs with. Because we chose not to run these trails, it's makes the kit a waste? ($1100, by the way) What's your point with the highlighted text? I listed a few trails where I've seen some beefy rigs have trouble and suffer damage. Again - personal choice in avoiding them.

But really, why spend good money on something you wouldn't trust to hold up to larger axles? How many times are you going to upgrade a longarm suspension as you own the Jeep? "Welp, I've gotta get rid of these arms if I'm gonna run this HP60. Bummer, because I'll never get what I paid for the setup."

Buy once, cry once.

I just said I wouldn't - didn't say you couldn't. There aren't many off-the-shelf kits that I'd consider using for a larger-tired rig on 60's. Rubicon Express or otherwise. If you've got the fab skill and/or money to throw a set of locked 60's under a unibody rig (which obviously needs it's own list of upgrades to deal with the trouble the bigger tires and axles will undoubtedly get you in to), you're probably going to be looking at something other than a kit that was designed around a D30, D35, 8.25, or D44. Of course, that's just my opinion.
We're talking about a hypothetical scenario that will affect .01% of XJ owners. I'm all for overbuilding to a certain degree. RE overbuilds their product. Most aftermarket companies SHOULD. But I don't think I'm doing IRO or RE a disservice by saying it's not going to hold up as well to a tire and axle combo that's 3 or 4 times heavier than the stock gear. Throw in an cage, armor... Just seems to me that you're asking for trouble.
If the vast majority of your intended market will be running stock (sized) axles and 33" to 35" tires, how heavy-duty are you going to go before you price yourself out of te game? RE isn't cheap - but well worth it to those that'll use it. What exactly is it about the IRO product that makes it worse than RE? Serious question. Is it just the fear of the unknown? Too new a company?

Can you seriously look at that 'adjuster' for the 3-link and keep a straight face while asking me what's wrong with it? If you have to ask...

And seriously, when you're $1400 into a longarm kit what's another $200-300 for a known one like RE or Clayton? They're heavier for a reason. ;) Your thinner/lighter materiel eBay hacks are doing it to save money, which attracts the cheapskate n00bz.

Buy once, cry once.

Ok, well... The guy don't like wheeling! He traded his Toyota car for it to hall his 2 dogs.
One can't jump in it! So he wants to trade for a stock jeep.
Me and the girlfriend just picked a 93 4 door up!!! Sooooo...

Not a bad deal!!!
I do think the tires are a bit much... So hopefully I will be looking for some to put in place of them!!!!

Good deal!!! I thinks so!! It need a little work here and there nothing to bad.

I can. Know why? Because I've held the control arm in my hands. I've watched it in use on the trail. I've ridden in the vehicle running the kit.
Have you seen one in person? Read through the install thread & articles? Noticed that the only people bitching about the IRO kit are RE or Clayton's nutswingers? I spent a bit if time trying to find some legitimate complaints about the IRO stuff - and specifically the adjuster - and I've yet to find much negative written by anyone that's installed or owned the kit.
You really need to take a closer look at the way the thing works - I was skeptical the first time I laid eyes on it, but the upper "arm" (upper part of the Y link) does capture the standoff on the top of the axle. The adjustment bracket fits over that. Two bolts handle the caster adjustment, why one acts, more or less, as a pivot. It seems like a pretty stout setup. It's successful use for several years seems to back that up.
I've seen plenty of RE product for sale on eBay - does it deserve the same designation as "eBay garbage" that you've assigned to IRO? Absolutely irrelevant.

So the track bar is not upside down

but there's this thing on the driver side, in the middle of the steering box. But it don't do anything... It's just a hole nothing from the box is in the hole. It looks to be a stock box.

So do you know why or for what???
