Seriously, my job, for the most part is great. I get paid to be a jerk to people and ruin their day/lives. What more could I ask out of a job!!??

The only real drawback is trying to deal with people's unreasonable requests....and scorned women...UGH!!

I was a boilermaker for a while myself, hard, dirty, miserable work right there. I am a landlord for a living. Most people seem to think it would be a dream come true to be in my shoes, however, I worked for game and fish for 3 years, and as a parole officer for three years as well, and this is 10 times more stressfull. One disgruntled tenant could cost me a years income if they decided to wreck one of my properties. Not to mention the people who just won't pay, then comes the eviction, then the legal battle, and when I win the legal battle I still most likely will never get my money. On top of all this I always get to be made out as the mean and evil landlord.

My employer JUST sold our company to some people who are ass....s, I really liked my boss, but they made him an offer he couldn't refuse and he sold us out. These people are gonna make working here suck.
