Paid via Paypal on 1.1.04 . Msg'd him that night. msg'd almost every night since. Absolutly no response what so ever.
Ripped me off for a whopping $35. I understand when you only make #35 a day you may feel the need to rip someone off for this Hi-Dollar amount. PayPal fraud alert filed. Everyone else beware. Hope no one else got scammed. Sucks for him to get 5h1TListed for $35.

Jan 4 was only 5 days ago, is it possible that the poor guy is on vacation or had a family emergency and had to go out of town?? I'd hate for the guy to suffer the consequences of a mis-understanding or mis-communication. Just some food for thought.

I cant get any response from him what so ever. a PayPal reminder didnt do it either.
If its late I totally understand. But even after he recieved my money he didnt msg me back. And he needs to login to Paypal to accept the funds.

Just pull the funds out until you contact him....I did that once the guy gave me bad email addy and the funds just sat there until he sent the right one I just canceled the transaction and they put a hold on the money for like 5 days...After that I got my moola back...

i bought a crossmember from him on 1/1/04, he did take a few a days (3 or 4) to respond to my messages but when he did respond he said that he had shipped it out a day before and should be here Mon or Tue( I will let you know how it goes)

I really hope you don't get ripped, however it has been only 9 days today. This is the super highway of the electronic age but man I gotta think this is a little soon for an all out attack on this guy. On a personal note if and when he gets it going and responds if it was me I'd just refund you the money and not deal with you. It's not all instant gratification you know.

Like ive said, I dont mind if it takes a while. But Not responding to emails and reminders is a definite sign something is going on. He had enough time to ligin and claim the money.
If you think this is acceptable behavior for a transaction, then I wouldnt want to deal with you.

I looked at your profile I could of sworn it had you bdate in it, now it doesn't not sure what happened there, I might have looked at the wrong thing, don't know.

As for this thread it's uncalled for and me a few have pointed it out. I bought some mirrors the other day and didn't get a response right away after sending the money. I didn't come flame the guy, I emailed him and waited. He finally responded about the same time the us mail finally got there slow a$$es to my door. Again I handled it privately. If you don't get what you paid for I'm all for taking him to court and doing it right, but to flame the guy for 5 to 10 days of not getting back to you, I don't think is right. I hope doesn't think it is right either. I have no Mod powers so you can report it also. I just wanted you to know I thought that was needed.

You have no clue as to my ethics and for you to slam me like you did just shows you must not have too much maturity.

I don't want anyone to get ripped off but also know that it takes time sometimes to get things done, even answer a email or two.
