I talked to cal about throwing a 44 under the rig and he said it wasn't going to hold up :dunno: I think they're heading for a 60 or a 9"

He upgraded to a spring under 9", this 44 has the stock style spring over perches to make it bolt on. I can't remember the shock mounting though.

As, its mentioned above, been busy converting it to Spring under axel and super wide ford 9". over $2k later, I am not sure if it was such great idea.

More travel with less spring going negative arc, spring will last longer.
Less axel wrap when you floor it.

It maybe hard to tell, but the skid plate is flat 1/8 steel sheet metal that covers the 3rd member real nice. That should be help full for rock crawling
