Dana 44 Axle Swap Front End

I need some opinions on my rock crawling xj. I recently purchased a Dana 44 and a ford 9" 31 spline and swaped them into my 89 xj. I was taking ideas off of many different websites when building my custom long arms, but to no suprise I've had some issues. My friend who works at a local 4x4 shop in town told me to order through Rubicon Express the axle brackets for the tj which are the same that I would need to weld on the front dana 44 for my coils, control arms and trac-bar.

1) I welded all the brackets onto my dana 44 to match up with how the brackets where mounted on my stock dana 30 front-end. I'm trying to gain as much flex as possible for this project.

2) I created a long arm kit using .250 wall 2" Tubing and heims. My upper control arms are attached to the lower control arms but still mounted to where the stock brackets where on a dana 30 front end. After going through this website I noticed a member who basically did not follow the stock bracket location on the dana 30 and welded his control arms right behind the coil bucket with the upper control arm located directly above the lower control arm. I can't seem to find the picture that I saw last night on here for some reason. But, I though this makes more sense and looks better. ANY OPINIONS?

Basically I'm wondering if I should change how I fabricated my long arm kit as far as how it mounts up to the dana 44 axle. Please if anyone can give me some suggestions I would really appreciate it. I can post some pictures of what I got tomorrow morning.
