Dana 30 Auburn Ected (3.73 and up)

Hey guys, I just installed one of these units in my d30 last week, but going a different route so its for sale. I have the box, and all of the hardwear including wiring, switch, etc have not been taken out of the box, still sealed, bearings are still pressed on, with the shims. The backlash will probably be fine. less then 100 miles on it. Hopefully I can get rid of it by thursday? I'm located in Santa Monica if anyone wants to come by. Let me know ASAP so I can work on it.

Call them up and ask for the SoCalXJ group buy price, $540 delivered. $589 delivered (just raised froM $550) to the general public. Its frustrating to see people post higher than retail prices to the club for used parts, repeatedly.

Retail price is $727. So my original price was not above retail. These places selling online, are amazing deals, which I did not find AND are not even listed, you have to call them up and ask for a special price apparently.

As I stated above, now that I'm aware that people are selling it for that low, my price has come down. No problem.

Did you click the link? The listed price on the website is $589. MSRP was $610 when i set that group buy up a few months ago, not 727 .. I'm not sure where you are getting that number.

I'm not trying to be an ass about this, but it seems to be a recurring theme, and not a reputation you want to maintain when you seem to have as much stuff up for sale here as you often do.

no offense taken, but the first thing I did was lower my price $60. You showed me that people are selling it at a certain price, I agreed, and dropped price instantly.

secondly, the rest of the stuff I sell on here, are at great prices, and usually sell within the week. People who ive sold to on here are greatful at the prices and condition of the product when I sell it to them.

This unit is not for sale anymore, as I have already found someone who will put it to good use. and I doubt it would have sold on here after all of the previous posts.

We are all part of the jeep community, and I've seen it before that someone puts up a price, and couple people just come and bash the sh*t out of it. This doesn't help anyone. If you feel that strongly about it, send them a pm. some of u guys act like kids trying to put someone down, lol, come on grow up. you live in a professional society, act accordingly.

i heard that those electric lockers r designed only for oem applications so if you put bigger gears and tires they just crap out and i heard their was a recal on them, so i just but ARB and im happy

A lot of people are very happy with them, with 35"+ tires. $540 is a good price, its a good locker, and Auburn is very good about customer service and warantees on them.

If they offered the dana 30 ected in 30 spline, I would remove my ARB for one in a heartbeat.

I LOVED my ECTED in the rear 8.8 and D30 front with 4:56 gears and 35" tires.

But when I went up to the D60 front and 14B rear they had to go.

Well, the thing is, nobody can expect "brand new" price for something they own, even if it's in the box. What's the incentive? New cars drop price driving off the lot, everything else does too. The idea is to help your fellow jeepers, not make a buck .

Ya mine is on 32's with 4.56's and didn't have any problems with it locking up.
