If you had a generator (or a good inverter) and a sawsall that would be nice. Just get the bolt loose and then stick the sawsall up in there and hack it off. Then just use it to hack the shackle in half in the rear (or use the junkmans torch).
Oh and mentioning cutting they eyes off your springs, don't use a torch on them. The heat is not good for them. Us a chop saw.
