d30 diff covers

It's interesting looking yes. I'd be afraid too much verticle impact would eventually cause it to start leaking at the bottom of the diff.

I'd be interested to see someone like Paul Sinclair or Dave Taylor run one up and down a few hammer trails, and see how it holds up.

I used my rear swaybar to make mine...

I think I've seen you post that before. ..

I was looking for a cover and not a guard, though. I wanted something that would help stiffen up the diff housing a bit. I understand that under extreme stress the pinion can push the ring gear away and flex the housing enough to cause problems, and that a solid diff cover can prevent it.

I ended up getting a very good deal on a NIB crane.

That's actually never happened. Check out these pictures... proof that the Buttface is one of the most badass diff covers out there.

That's the only one that's been reported "bent" to Baertrax, and that's after the vehicle fell onto the cover after snapping the heim on his draglink.

Yeah, its also one of the ugliest.

NO thanks I will stick with my CRANE.....

Hella Strong, smooth, not "butts" or Hockey masks to hang up rocks....
