About as far a buying a Comanche... and putting the pieces behind my house. Here's the last pics I took.

I'm not very good at finishing my cut up the Cherokee projects...

If I were to finish it I would use a passenger side front door lock mechanism and outside handle, weld in some fat L brackets behind and around the taillights, and use a 96+ hatch for the lower part for structural rigidity.

That seems like a good plan. I'm not too great at finishing projects either, I was just curious to see where you had gotten to.
