Custom Fab Request - Bumper Swing Arm

I'm looking for someone in the San Diego area that can custom fabricate a swing arm for a Smittybilt XRC rear bumper. I normally keep my spare on the roof rack, so I want to be able to take the tire carrier off and drop in a straight piece of square tubing to fill in the gap. I know, why have the tire carrier bumper? I just like having the option.

Anyone know a good custom fab shop in San Diego, preferably near La Mesa? Thanks!

If you can find a tire carrier, just have brackets fabbed up. I have a C4x4 Fab rear bumper and was able to put a Detours swing out with 3 simple fabs.

First I had a machine shop fab a bracket and we welded it up.

Next we used some flat iron to fab a T for it to rest on and welded it up.

Lastly we welded on a latch tab (which, in a previous life, was a hood latch hook).

For a bumper and swing out that was never meant to go together it works very, very well.

The terrible part is the smitty built rear bumper can't handle the additional weight so the brackets to the chassis also need to be modified if you plan on using it off road....for a mall crawler it may be fine but Mitch has one that you cannot get toght enough and it shifted about an inch and crushed the tailgate and tail lights.
