Currie Currectlync or Taurus PT-1911 B1

Not going to deal with a company that makes shit guns...I'd rather not dick with sending it back to the same manufacturer that couldn't get it right in the first place.
I want to argue with you..

but how? lol in the end, i totally agree:gag:

Gone through 4 magazines. Never contacted Taurus...just replaced two magazines after the first 500 rounds...suffered through another 50 jammed magazines and threw it in the back of safe. All the while I was hoping it needed to be broken in.

Lesson I learned was do not buy Taurus.
So you didn't contact the manufacturer, probably didn't clean the magazines when you got them or disassemble them and clean after 200 rounds, clean the cosmoline out when you got it, or clean the pistol after done shooting every time. And it's the pistol's fault. What ammo did you use? Some cheap garbage? If you expect to pull it out the box and run 500 rounds through it, not so. I bought this pistol. The stamp on the side is not as pronounced as the pictures would make it seem. I cleaned the bejesus out of it when I picked it up Friday, and also tried to tidy it up a little (de-burred feed ramp and a little rough edge on one side of the slide). Went across the street in the cornfield and shot various obsolete household items. More so obliterated. There was also an H&K .40, SA .45, and Glock 21 involved in the fray. We emptied a .30 cal ammo can full of .45 American Eagle and no issues. I like Federal and that's all I buy (shotgun, .308, but I buy the cheapo .22). I emptied both mags over a dozen times, and close to half it was full out mad dog assault, cuz let's face it, I'm an American goddammit, and it's just plain fun.

Really cool story bro, U R Amazing. :worship:

Your right dude, this is the first gun I've ever fired...Hell I've never cleaned a gun before either; I even made it through 10 years active duty without working on a single weapon. I never took it apart either, just loaded it, fired it, and threw it in the back of the closet. Oh yeah I made sure that before I loaded the 60 year old ammo in it, I polished up that old green brass in olive oil, then dropped the rounds in sand...But only after I dipped the magazine springs in rubber cement.

I think you are right...I'm the only person on the planet that has had a bad experience with Taurus. I sure am glad you got a good one though and had a good time shooting up a cornfield and ovens.

Don't try to roll my turd in sugar to make your opinion seem better.
