Crunch Time

Yeah i gave up on spell checking... I got burned out...
 
list o crap to dodooo,
trim front/rear wheel wells
finish rear bumper (minor welding)
install sliders and front bumper (if they get here in time)
swap motor mounts off wifes xj to mine..hehehehehe
swap out old pass win motor for new one
Install new manifold(big crack)
Install stereo system if have time....lol

i think thats it....
 
no doors mod will come later, wife is #itchin bout not being able to put it down when shes hot

Fab. Front and Rear bumper
Finish Front BPEs
Repair and Replace Back Hatch
Make Pass. Side Door Removable
Oil and Other Fluid Change
Rock Lights...

I hope thats all. Some of those are on evey pre-trip list but I never seem to get them done.
 
actually i have a dremel with a few cut off wheels.


You will need more than just a few if you are going to go that route. Try an angle grinder w/ cutoff wheel. It will take about 30 sec. (if even that long) to cut what you need to.

It only took 3 cut off wheels for my dremel when I did Jennifer's doors.

I did things a bit different than others it appears though. I got sick of trying to line up the hinge pins to put the doors back on so I removed the pins all together and there are now....uummm...I can't remember what they're called....those pins with the ball bearing at one end and a wire loop at the other....that we can just pull out to take the doors off.
