Crank shaft pulley?

I've noticed my new balancer has a slight wobble to it...I may have bent it slightly when I got a screw driver jammed in its "spokes" and the oil pan/timing cover wedge...I tried forever to get the screw driver out but wound up have to use a ratchet strap on the screw driver and the other side on my front bumper and ratcheting it until the screwdriver bent and I was able to work it out. It was a PITA.

The balancer seems to wobble maybe 1/16"-2/16" at most, very minimal, and at anything above idle is not noticeable. The belt stays straight however. I hope this doesn't affect anything in the future

Where do I empty the bucket after haha

Check with local shops - they'll usually take the stuff.

Failing that, check your local water treatment company to see what their policy is on "mild hazmat" like this - for instance, San Jose water considers something like a quart a month of antifreeze to be acceptable (but I usually take it to Autoland on De La Cruz anyhow - they have someone come in to recycle it on-site and reuse it themselves.)

Yeah I've got a 5 gallon bucket with a tight sealed lid on it now, I'll find some one who will take it. I've got another 5 gallon drum of old oil/methane/water/crap that I need to empty too. Want to save both containers for future use.
