hey guys, moving to Virginia in April. Im being stationed at Langley AFB, Hapton VA. I have little knowlege of offroading in VA, where to go, laws pertaining to vehicle modification, ect. Im originally from CT. Sold my jeep before boot camp, plan on buying another here in a month or so, and building it up.
