On October 5 I paid XJ Matt for a set of JKS Quicker Discos. The only thing he has given me are excuses. I have all correspondence from him, and from me to him. His end is limited. The last time he contacted me was December 8. I filed a complaint through Paypal but they cannot refund my money, he has to do it. I tried every avenue to avoid posting like this, but he has left me little choice. Below is a sampling of corresponce. If anyone can help me out, I just want my money back like he said he would do. If anyone is interested in more info, I have it. Three months and NOTHING. Thanks for the help in advance anyone, and beware to anyone else that may want to purchase from him.

Kevin, I had the XJ in at a shop to have a custom exo cage made up and it took them longer then was expected. I just got it back today. I have received your payment. I will be able to ship them out to you tommarow. I will have a tracking number for you. Really sorry for the long wait and i want to thank you for your patiance.

Refund is being processed thru paypal. I found out one of the threaded rods of the discos was bent and tryed to get jks to replace the defective one since they were still new. I finally got into contact with them and they wont replace it with a new one for you since they dont warranty anything they manufacture. I am really sorry for all the trouble. I tried to resolve it for you myself but thanks to JKS i couldnt. So i am going to return your money.

Bank payment transfer was to clear yesterday but it failed even though i have the funds for it. I called paypal today but cannot send payment by credit card while there is a claim on my account. Only by bank transfer. Paypal says some banks are not capable of sending paypal payments probably but are not able to tell why its failed. Is there anyway you can cancel the claim? I can send a MO out to you if you can cancel the claim once you receive the MO from me. I am going to try bank transfer again since its the only thing it allows me to do. Maybe it will work this time still will take 4 or 5 days to find out.
