Comp Cam and lifters

used for about 5 months, maybe 5k miles. Put another engine in the jeep because i spun a crank bearing, took the cam and lifters out. No wear on it at all. Comes with a timing set put in at the same time

interested. how much gas mileage did you lose with the cam in? also curious what power gains i might see if installed in a relatively stock engine?

dunno about the gas mileage never cared to keep track and it helped quite a bit on bottom end. heres the part number

This cam would be a really good upgrade in a stock 4.0
Might even see a slight improvement in gas mileage if your disciplined to keep your foot off the gas.

What valve springs did you run on this?

I never changed the valve springs, it recommends after market springs but I never changed mine, idk if their stock or not
