Northern Illinois, in Cary on Rt 14. its got 4 bays, 12 foot doors, 14 foot ceilings, and two offices. Pretty sure it has 220 and 110. The building is in pretty good shape and is very easily accesable. Also close to parts stores and has a few parking spots. Guy wants 1500 bucks per month not inculding heat and what not. Im looking for people to go in on this with me....any takers?
 
i will do it if we can start a small business in there such do some lift install, mainteances, repairs, etc
 
i also have a car hoist but no place to install it but i will if we get this haha
