Cleaning out a fuel rail.

I bought a return fuel rail at a yard the other day and want to clean out some rust from inside the rail (light oxidation?)
Any suggestions?

inside the log? or the injector cups? For the injector cups, try a peice of the corner of a scotchbrite pad balled up. It'll be good as new.
