Christmas Holiday Parade

Mac "says its up to socal" gyver says to get permission from the socal Naxja people in charge.
Who would that be?

Who will give the blessing from Socal Naxja "people in charge" to run, or participate in this "Run"

Jeeper Juan? Jerk Face Geoff? Cracker? Cal???

I think it'd be fun to represent in this event. And I don't think it's too early to plan; I know how a lot of this stuff goes, and the earlier the better. :)

If my junk is roadworthy, I will definitely consider this.

This would be a cool event, I have tried to get a group in the Murrieta or Temecula Christmas parades. Good luck with it.

Hmmm...

I know I'm just surprised to see how many are taking interest. I have always thought parades suck. Just my opinion. Not trying to piss on any shoes.

I'm kind of with you on this, and kind of not. I've never much enjoyed watching parades. But cruising in one with a group of built XJs seems like it would be fun. If we get a NAXJA group to enter, I'm in.

Is there a limit to the number of vehicles in the group?

Re: Re: Christmas Holiday Parade

It seems kinda corny to me. But to each their own.

It's all about the kids. Before I had kids I wasn't a big fan of them either, but my 4 and 3 year old boys love parades, therefore I love them too. The looks on their faces when they see a giant fire truck or the crazy Shriners come by is priceless. It'll be a blast to be in a parade with them, so you can count me in.

This really IS the gayest idea ever. Is our club really this desperate? Just saying.

If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Does that sound familiar?

Like Juggernaut said, can you imagine how the eyes of a ton of little kids will light up when the Jeep ‘monster trucks’ roll on through? This club isn’t all about trails and camping; other things are neat, too, whether you think so or not.

I like it I know my kids would be amazed over a whole mess of jeeps chuggin down the road. We used to have a jeep club here in hemet that ran the parade and everyone went crazy kids and adults. I would love to do something like this here in hemet.
