Chicago area engine rebuild

I have the dreaded 0331 head crack in my 2000 XJ, 100800k miles. I believe the bearings are shot too, have the low oil pressure when it comes up to operating temp. Needing a used motor to swap in and someone to do it as I live in a condo with no access to a garage, etc. Anyone have any leads on an engine or a reputable shop in the Chicago area? Thanks!

There was an engine on Chicago craigslist just yesterday for 400 bucks, said it had 50k on it. Pics showed it on a hoist. Check it out.

I know two guys here near Oswego, IL that can pretty much assemble/ disassemble a jeep blindfolded. I can put you in touch if you want.
