OK here's the deal I found what looks to be a late 80s chevy full size blazer out in the desert rolled over so I stoped to check it out it had no engine but it did have a transmission a t-case and front and rear solid axles so I was wondering are these worth taking. The rear axle looked very close in size to mine.

to wide but i would take it any way.

Blazers are halftons, MO: not worth it...but then again, they are free....:D

Well I think I am going to go back out their tonight and just take everything why the hell not right... the axle is a driverside drop

I definetly dont have the money to change out the front I guess I am hoping more that someone will want to buy off me... does anyone know what the front solid axle would be on a full size blazer.

uhmmm i didnt know any chevy's were driver drop... thought chevy and dodge were passenger and ford was driver drop...

Dave, You're right.

are you sure it's not a 78-79 bronco?

coil sprrung front, long "radius" arms w/ trackbar.

it should be a D44 front and ford 9" rear if it is a bronco.

also... are you sure you looked at it right?

now thinking about it... It was upside down lol it was late and I was tired but neverless it is worth taking for selling or no

ok if you take a sawzall and zip them out and haul em home it would take what 45 mins to get em out with a buddy's help? even if you get 300 bucks out of it ... 300 bucks is 300 bucks.... i saw rip the axles out .. hit em with a wirewheel.. buy a couple 99 cent cans of walmart paint.. paint em.. and throw em on ebay...

and if you dont do it.. lemme know where it is... my bro lives in az and he's a broke bastard.. he'll go do it for 300 beans :D
