Hey yall,
Someone has set up a 5k run for a good friend of mine who will be heading out on a mission trip this summer. She is spending a year in Kenya working in an orphanage for kids with AIDS. It is in Highlands, NC on Saturday, April 23.
Registration: 8:30am
5k at 9:30am: $25 per person
Fun run at 10:30am $10 per person
Egg hunt for the kiddies at 11:00am
Lunch afterwards.
If anybody could attend it would mean a lot to me. I will be suffering in the 5k, haven't run since I started cycling competitively 4 years ago! I can send a brochure via email if you want to take a look at that. Thanks!
