They mount to the 2 inside bolts that hold the tail light on. On mine ('98) you pop the tailgate open, and the bolts are staring you in the face.

The Waag parts came of a friend's '98 XJ, and I also have a '98. They may only be for '97-up, but I was unsure, so I didn't mention it. Sorry if that screws anybody up at all.

Yes, they do have some pretty rusty spots, but it's all on the surface. Nothing that's going to be a hole if you hit it. No doubt they'll need some work to be pretty again.

...and yes...everything is negotiable...
