CB Antenna Mount Idea - Want Feedback

Similar to everyone else, I pulled the wire through behind the tail light and put a bracket on the inside of the integrated tail light guards on my bumper so it can't be pulled off. But same diff. Passenger side mount.

I use one of those mirror mounts from radio shack

and I attach it to my surco safari rack. I get excellent reception and you dont have to ruin your roof!

I got sick of bending mine back into position and repairing crushed coax/ground wires. No more side mount antenna; it's around back on the spare tire carrier now and out of harms way.
