Carhartt Jackets

As for boots, Matterhorn's, with Carolina's a close second.

LOL Danner boots... own two pair of Acadias, one pair of Ft Lewis 600gram/non-metallic safety toe, and a pair of Granite workboots. I probably won't buy any other brand ever again. (as if I'll wear all those out!)

Matterhorns aren't bad... had a pair of those in the Army till the issue Danners came along.

I second the chore coat, I've had mine for about 3 years now.

I've got there

Artic work wear Jacket and bibs, and if you work anywhere near machinery/oil/grease/etc. definately get the black like I did. Those two pieces of clothing saved my hide more than one night when I was working in at a plywood factory out in the log yard on second shift during those very, very, very, "WTF AM I DOING OUT HERE", very cold vermont winter nights. That was three years old and they still keep me warm ice fishing at all hours of the night today.

I also buy there capenter jeans, work shirts, and I have a three season jacket that I can pretty much all winter, except for those few very cold days. Very high quality stuff and is design and manufactured to be worked in.

Well, I can go out and work in the harsh weather and be happy now. I just picked up one of these for $96. The first place I went to was selling them for $120.

The hardest part was picking the color. But I ended up going with dark brown so it doesn't show the dirt and grease too bad but I'll still see it so I don't get it on other things.

Now I just have to wait for them to take the hoods out of the boxes so I don't have snow going down my back in the winter.

I have the Chore coat too.
what I like is it is a button up.
so, when you're in the XJ, you can unbutton the bottom button
for comfort, and there is extra shoulder room.

I also have the Carrhart flannel lined blue jeans.
(a must, for the MWC Winterfest)

Yeah, I thought of that too Ranger!

I live in my double front duck pants and the double front overalls... Drives my wife a little crazy sometimes but... what am I gonna do?

I'm on my 3rd Carhartt coat that I've ever bought. Pick up this last one back in 96. I framed houses growing up in Iowa where it gets bitter cold in the winter.. can't imagine doing it without Carhartt.

The only thing I don't like are the Carhartt shorts... They always fit a little funky.

The best places I've always found for prices are the Army Surplus shops... They're usually considerably cheaper than everyone else and always keep great supplies of everything.
