Can't Post Pictures... whaddup with that? :(

I cropped down a picture so it was under the appropriate size... then cropped it down more so it was under 600x450 pixels... then finally it said "You've exceeded your forum quota by 762.0KB" or something. :|

Any suggestions or has this happened before?
