Can't post in classifieds?

Trying to list some things for sale, but it won't let me make a thread. What gives?

non club memebers cannot post int he national classifieds. you are however (as far as i know) able to post the in your local chapter's forum classified section. I'm guessing Nebraska would put you in the Midwest Chapter's jurisdiction but don't quote me on that
