Unsure about naxja.. but on most forums you must have a minimum amount of posts in order to list something for sale.

The national for sale forums are limited to dues paying members. Chapter forums sometimes allow non red letter members to post.

Non club members cannot post in the main page classifieds due to scams/issues involving shipping parts.
You can however post in your local chapter classifieds, the NAC in your situation. This gives locals the opp to buy/sell sight seen and eliminate issues.
