Here's simple frame mount I drew up a while back. You can probably cut that out with a grinder. I use Alibre's CAD package.

It goes back to the unused sleeved hole that many other people have done. It clears the steering box bolts on the drivers side.

well i can cut it out on a cnc mill. is the one that ranger posted include the steering bolts?

What program(s) are you guys opening .dwg-files in?

i used surfcam and imported it. if you dont have cad programing you cant open it that i know of.
