Did a lot of searching here and got some good ideas, so I tried it. If anyone see's a weak link, or flaw, don't hesitate. I'd rather make a correction now, thank drop a tire on the highway. Drove with it for two days now, and it seems pretty solid.....SID

Step 1, first piece into trailer hitch..

Next step.. Rear spotlight at top of remaining post, finalize license plate relocation, and paint of course...SID

Finished, painted, holds 33" tire. Next step...off-road test. I didn't angle the tire to match the truck so when I build my bumpers over the winter, I can just redrill the bolt pattern and use this on anything........SID

Looks cool do you have a shot of the entire rig. It looks like you are going for the adventure rig XJ
 
Gorgeous rig. Really like the utilitarian sort of build - street practical but trail worthy.
 
Wow that thing is SHARP! Some JCR bumpers would set it off if they were painted to match! :thumbup:
